Clear about your information.
This notice explains what happens when you use DYNAMONK Studio’s project enquiry form and website preferences.
Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we receive the name, work email, agency/company (if supplied), service requested, authoring tool, approximate course size and project message that you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, learner records or confidential project files in the initial enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information only to review the request, contact you about the project, and discuss suitable next steps. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for unrelated promotional mailing lists.
How the form works
When the secure submission service is available, your browser sends your enquiry to a Cloudflare Pages server-side function. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to prevent abuse, and the server forwards your enquiry through Resend to our business inbox. When direct submission is unavailable or you select the email-app option, your browser prepares a draft containing the form information. No message is sent by this website in email-app mode; you must enter the recipient and subject and send it yourself. Cloudflare and Resend process data under their respective service terms and privacy policies when direct submission is used. Technical and delivery logs may be retained by those providers according to their policies.
Display preferences and external assets
Colour theme, text size and reduced-motion settings are saved in your browser’s local storage. These settings can be changed in Display Preferences. The website also uses externally hosted fonts from Google Fonts.
Retention and contact
Project enquiries are retained in our email inbox only as reasonably needed for business correspondence and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Requests to access, correct or delete details can be sent to dynamonk.studio@gmail.com, subject to applicable obligations.
Publication and updates
Before launch, DYNAMONK Studio must confirm its legal business identity, contact address, applicable privacy obligations, retention practice and the final hosting/email configuration. This is a practical draft notice and not legal advice.
